Lourdes Millat

Lourdes is a financial controller at Compas, in charge of the management of investees, forming part of their Management Committee, as well as collaborating with companies in the financial area, carrying out management tasks, applying processes, managing the treasury, managing liabilities, financial analysis and control, helping them to grow according to their financial and balance sheet needs.

Likewise, as a consultant and financial analyst, Lourdes has participated in sale and purchase operations, mergers and company valuations, Due Diligence processes, liability restructuring processes, IBR’s and financing searches.

In her professional career, Lourdes has managed the financial department of several companies in both the private and public sectors for more than fifteen years, after serving for five years as an auditor with a prestigious firm.
