Rafa is a partner of Compas Professional Expertise. He has extensive professional experience in top-level firms as well as ample knowledge of the financial sector that allows him to provide comprehensive advice on all types of transaction, both national and international. He has extensive experience in providing strategic advice to owners, managers, investment funds and family offices, as well as in negotiating the purchase and sale of companies, generational handover and other corporate operations in different sectors.

Rafa is a shareholder and director of several companies. He is also a lecturer at Esade, the Judicial Academny of the CGPJ and the Centre for Specialised Legal Training of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
