Rodrigo Valladao

Rodrigo is a consultant at Compas, performing business due diligence, company valuation, IBRs and other reports for company acquisitions, industrial partner or investor incorporations, mergers and other corporate operations. In addition, he is part of management committees, with activities in financial supervision and management control.

In his professional career, Rodrigo has participated in numerous M&A transactions, due diligence processes and company restructuring. He has directed the financial departments of companies in Spain, Portugal and Brazil. As a shareholder, he co-led the founding and development of companies in the pharmaceutical sector that have subsequently been sold to international groups.
